IELTS on computer — Academic / General Training
The full four-skill test. Listening, Reading and Writing on one day; Speaking is scheduled separately.

Retake just ONE of the four skills, within 60 days of your original test. More about OSR.

Changes and cancellations
Change your test date
Ask at least 5 days before your test day and you can move to another date for 10% of the test fee.

Cancellation (refund)
Cancel at least 5 days before the test and we refund the fee less a 25% deduction. Moving your date is usually cheaper — talk to us before cancelling.

A re-mark of your result. If your score changes, the fee is refunded in full.

Payment deadline: your seat is held for 3 days after booking. If payment does not arrive within that time the booking is cancelled automatically and the seat is released. When you pay, always put your candidate number and name in the transfer description — otherwise we cannot match your payment.
Common questions
- How do I pay? By bank transfer. Account details are emailed after you book and also appear on the status page.
- Can I get a VAT receipt? Yes — tell us on test day. If a company paid, the receipt is issued to that company.
- What if the fee changes? You pay the fee that applied on the day you booked. If you move your test date, the fee for the new date applies.
