Submit a test date change, cancellation/refund or payment-related request using this single form — just select the request type. We will resolve it within 1–2 business days and reply by email.
Transfer fee: Changing your test date costs 10% of the test fee (909,000₮) — 90,900 MNT. A transfer can be made only once. The new date is subject to seat availability — if your requested date is full, we will email you the nearest available dates.
Note: If you cancel more than 5 weeks before the test date, we refund the fee less a 25% administrative charge — 681,750 MNT. A previously transferred test cannot be cancelled or refunded.

🛡 Payment security: This request type has a fee. After you submit, an invoice will be emailed to you with the full corporate account details and payment reference. We accept payments only to the corporate account of Career Aid LLC (КАРЬЕР-ЭЙД ХХК) at XacBank — the same account you paid your test fee to. Ignore any email, message or call asking you to pay to a personal or different account; if in doubt, verify by calling +976 7555 5005. The organisation is not liable for transfers made to a wrong account.
