Important: IELTS registration, payment and results are handled entirely on IDP Education's official site, ielts.idp.com. Information you enter there is governed by IDP Education's privacy policy. This website does not collect registration or payment card details.
What we collect
- Request forms (test date change, cancellation/refund, payment, paper TRF order): full name, email, phone, test date, and any note you write.
- Contact form: full name, email, phone, message.
- Automatically: your language preference is stored on your device (localStorage); Vercel Analytics collects aggregated, non-identifying usage statistics.
- Usage measurement: we may use Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand which pages and campaigns are useful. These process IP addresses in anonymised form, and we never pass your name, email or phone number to them. If your browser has "Do Not Track" enabled, these tools are not loaded at all.
- Level check: if you choose to receive your result by email, we store your email, your name (if given) and your check score. We use this only to send you the result and advice, and to contact you if needed — it is never sold or shared.

- To improve our services.
We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Who we share it with
- IDP Education: to the extent needed to process test-related requests (transfers, cancellations, etc.).
- Service providers: web hosting (Vercel), database and email delivery services — processing data only on our behalf.
- Legal requirements: where disclosure is required by law.
Storage and security
Request data is stored in the secure database of our internal management system and accessed only by authorised staff. We keep it for as long as needed to resolve your request and as required by applicable law, then delete it.
Your rights

Third-party services
This site uses Google Fonts and embedded Google Maps — loading them sends standard requests from your browser to those services. Our contact form uses an email relay service to deliver your message to us.
